Gov. Larry Hogan will provide his fourth update on the COVID-19 pandemic since Nov. 5 as the state’s cases, deaths, and hospitalizations continue to surge. Hogan’s briefing is scheduled for Tuesday at 2 p.m. and he is expected to “announce additional actions” the state will take to combat the surge in cases.
