Gov. Larry Hogan announced that he will provide a COVID-19 update at 2 p.m. The briefing will be streamed live on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
The press briefing comes after the CDC expanded its coronavirus vaccine booster recommendations. It also comes after the White House announced a plan to vaccinate children ages 5 to 11 once the vaccinations receive FDA authorization.
It is unclear what specifically Hogan will discuss at the briefing.
