Gov. Larry Hogan will provide an update on the state’s COVID-19 vaccination plan Tuesday at 3 p.m. Deputy Secretary Dr. Jinlene Chan and Assistant Secretary Bryan Mroz from the Maryland Department of Health will join Hogan in the briefing.
