Discover Hip Hop with Christylez Bacon: Strathmore’s Family Jam series continues Saturday, March 28, with Christylez Bacon (pronounced Chris-Styles). Bacon is a progressive hip-hop artist from Southeast Washington, DC. Join Christylez as he breaks down the American-grown genre through his smooth rhymes and oral percussion. Young children ages 4-8 will spend Saturday morning virtually singing, playing, and preparing for a lifetime of music appreciation. The event is free on Facebook Live. Working with the Muse Art Exhibit: Strathmore’s exhibit features quilts by members of the Studio Art Quilt Associates. View the exhibit online with the exhibition guide Strathmore compiles.
