Omicron is everywhere, amping up testing lines, filling hospital ERs and generally reminding us that this pandemic remains far from over. Last week Omicron infected more than 1 million Americans in one day. Even our own County Executive, Marc Elrich, contracted this virus. Like many, he caught it caring for people in his own household.
