Despite some rain, the 8th annual Wheaton Arts Parade and Festival went off as scheduled featuring brightly colored floats, great art displays, music, plenty of good food and an enthusiastic crowd.
The Sept. 29 parade began at Grandview and Ennalls avenues and continued to the Marian Fryer Town Plaza.
