The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter weather advisory for Montgomery County from 7 p.m. Wednesday to 10 a.m. Thursday.
NWS reported that there is a possibility of one to three inches of snow which can impact evening and morning commutes.
The winter weather advisory includes portions of the District of Columbia, central and northern Maryland, Northern Virginia and the panhandle West Virginia.

While accumulations may be light, the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, advises residents to use caution when traveling since roads could be icy.
