Montgomery County has reached a significant milestone triggering Phase 3 of reopening. According to county officials, now that nearly 50% of residents are fully vaccinated, additional capacity and distancing restrictions for indoor and outdoor business will be lifted on May 28.
County Council President Tom Hucker detailed reopening updates during his weekly virtual media briefing on Monday.
