In the early morning hours of Jan. 8, the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) received a call to investigate strange noises coming from the walls of a home in Silver Spring. Soon after, County Fire and Rescue Services began a rescue mission to save an intruder who had been stuck in the home’s chimney for hours.
