A woman had minor injuries following a “domestic related event” at Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, according to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD).
Police responded to the school on River Road around 10:59 a.m. Tuesday morning. The school was placed in lockdown during the event, according to Police Spokesperson Officer Casandra Tressler Durham.
A woman was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, Durham said. A suspect has been taken into custody. Police cannot confirm anything further at this time.
This is an active investigation.
